Early Voting in the IL Primary is open!

UPDATE: For Election Day, March 17th, some polling locations have been relocated. You can look up your updated polling location here. In the 33rd Ward:

  • The polling location at the Kedzie Inn (17th Precinct) has been moved to McFetridge Sports Center (3842 N. California)
  • The polling location at Hanul Family Alliance (18th Precinct) has been moved to Hibbard Elementary (3244 W Ainslie St)
  • The polling location for Rock Counter (Precinct 22) has been moved to McFetridge Sports Center (3842 N. California)

Early voting in the Illinois Primary Election is now open. We want to make sure that you have all the helpful information to ensure you can participate in the democratic process. 

To help voters answer common questions, Chicago Board of Elections has created a helpful video providing residents with tips to have a smooth voting experience. 

Early voting for the March 17 Primary Election begins on Monday, March 2. Chicago voters may use any Early Voting and Registration location in the city from March 2 through March 16.

Voters may vote at any Early Voting location through March 16; on Election Day, you will be required to vote at their polling place. Registration services will be available at every voting site. Please note that any voter who needs to register for the first time or file an address update or name change must show two forms of ID, one of which reflects the voter’s current address.
