#GoGreen33

Take the #GoGreen33 challenge with us!

As we approach Earth Day in April, we want to challenge ourselves and our neighbors to reflect on our lifestyles and take intentional decisions that directly benefit the health of our bodies and our immediate environment.

Here is what you can expect to see this month:

We will be hosting two FREE virtual Plant-Based Caribbean Cooking Classes with ingredients that can be found right here in the 33rd Ward. Save the Date for Sunday, April 4 AND Sunday April 18. Spots in the class will be limited but ingredients will be shared publicly and the video will be streamed online so you can follow along at home.

We will also be hosting a series of clean and greens with our neighbors around the Ward and having important discussions about environmental policy, projects we are working on in the ward and City, as well as hearing from local initiatives around our neighborhoods.

Lastly, we will be exploring the delicious plant-based dishes you can find in restaurants all around our Ward.
