We invite you to attend a Virtual Public Community Meeting for the development project requesting rezoning at 3059-61 N Washtenaw Ave on February 8th, 2021 at 5pm.
As part of our Community Driven Zoning & Development (CDZD) process, this meeting is an opportunity for community members to hear directly from the developer, ask questions about the project, and provide feedback for the developer to consider. CDZD is the mechanism for the community to express concerns or desires for zoning changes and development in the ward.
At this meeting, community will hear from the developer, have a chance to ask questions about the project, and submit feedback.
