* Flu shots provided and sponsored by Walgreens, 3153 W Irving Park Rd.
* Free for Seniors with Medicare Part B. You MUST have your Medicare card with you.
* Adults and children (3 years and older) can get a flu shot with a valid insurance card. Most insurance accepted.

* For those WITHOUT insurance, a LIMITED amount of vaccines will be available at no cost.
* Stay in your vehicle until it's your turn. MASKS ARE REQUIRED!
