On Tuesday, Sept 29th 5-6pm - Macon will present to the community, and take questions on their Special Use application for 2 "live/work" units in place of a retail space for their housing development at 2803 W Henderson Ave. The development was built as-of-right, meaning that they built within the zoning restrictions of that area, but they will require a Special Use approval to change the retail space to 2 "live/work" units. This approval is by the Zoning Board of Appeals, however the Alderperson can express the community's feedback at the appeal hearing.
