Dear 33rd Ward Community,  This week we begin to celebrate Halloween, and I wanted to take this time to share with you all opportunities to participate in neighborhood events.  The Friends of Hibbard Elementary Harvest Festival is happening today from 5 - 7pm at Hibbard Plaza. My office will be attending to pass out candy and to share information with the community about this year’s Participatory Budgeting projects. Dear 33rd Ward Community,  I love our community schools! I have made it a goal of my administration to build strong relationships with our school communities and to help advance much needed investments to our school resources. At the start of the school year we were able to share updates with you regarding improvements to the play lot at Von Linne school.
