A Public Community Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 7pm for the development project requesting a Special Use and Zoning Variance at 3010 and 3014 W Montrose Ave. In order to maintain health protocols under COVID, the 33rd Ward Office will be hosting the meeting with the developer and with community members over Zoom and not in person.
