Neighbors are invited to join one of the upcoming community meetings to discuss a Special Use Permit application submitted in the 33rd Ward. The applicant will be leasing one of the open units at 3057 N Rockwell to operate a cannabis kitchen, selling wholesale (not retail) to dispensaries and will staff 2-5 employees.

The building is currently leasing spaces to Metropolitan Brewing, Metropolis Coffee, and J&M Distillery.
